If this is your first time renting an apartment in Rio you should know it has many advantages over staying in a hotel.

You will have much more space and privacy but with the security of 24hour doormen. All Rio hotels have very strict policies on inviting friends or guests back to your hotel.

The apartments are decorated to a very high international standard but are far less expensive than staying in a tourist hotel many of which are in dire need of updating.

You will have a much more authentic experience of staying in Rio than staying in a bland tourist hotel.

All of our apartments are located in Rio's safest and most chic neighbourhood, Ipanema, a few minutes walk from the beach.

The apartments on this site are all available for short and long term rental. The maximum contract is for three months but this may be renewed once.

Please contact us with your arrival and departure dates for the rates that apply for your stay. Rates differ according to season. For New Year and Carnival a ten day minimum stay is required.

Please indicate the apartment you are interested when requesting accommodation and let us know your preferred payment currency.

Our rates include maid service three times a week. If you require daily maid service or any additional services such as laundry & dry cleaning or airport pick up, these can also be arranged at an additional cost.
